Heiniger Surgical clipper blades leave 0.5-1mm of hair and would be suitable when clipping horses:

    These blades are designed, developed and manufactured in Switzerland using world class and manufacturing technology.

    User Information

    • Top cutter blade has 23 teeth and the bottom comb blade has 53 teeth; this relates to the numbers printed on the blades.
    • These blades can be re-sharpened. 
    • The blades leave 0.5 to 1mm of hair
