The smartgrooming.com site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the smartgrooming.com site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs; we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible. Smart Grooming reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately. When registering your details, you must ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed. All deliveries are dispatched to the addresses inputted at the checkout. We do not take responsibility for missing parcels that are the result of an incorrect address entered at the checkout. Any re-delivery charges that result due to this error must be paid in full by the customer at the going rate.
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Smart Grooming, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Smart Grooming will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items dispatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.
Any seasonal discounts or special offers can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes or offers.
We cannot offer free postage on any of the Borstiq Brooms or Corn Brooms. Should discounts be applied at the checkout, the order will not be fulfilled. We will contact you for additional postage fees.
All products offered for sale by Smart Grooming are priced in £ Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before dispatch, cancel the order or notify you accordingly. Any prices quoted on printed material are only correct at the time of printing and we henceforth reserve the right to change these prices at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be subject to incorrect pricing.
Payment for all products and/or services must be made using a credit or debit card or by using PayPal – all transactions will be shown in £ sterling. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express). Please do not email your card details and we do not take responsibility for security if you provide your details in this way. Please note, we reserve the right to hold goods and request supplementary information if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent. We also reserve the right to cancel a transaction entirely and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
Although we endeavour to stock all the displayed variants for our active products, an item will occasionally be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately and give you the choice to wait for your order or receive a full refund. Where applicable we will also offer the customer alternative products.
SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Any promotions advertised on our social media sites or otherwise, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion - only one promotion can be used per transaction. Any offer or promotion is strictly valid for the dates specified ie. any order must be placed within the date limits to qualify for the advertised discount. Dates will not waiver. Multi-buy offers eg. “Buy 2 and get 1 free” will only qualify when the products are purchased in one transaction, unless discussed otherwise. Free postage will only be offered to deliveries that can be made to mainland UK. Discount codes are only valid when placing an order online. Promotions cannot be used towards delivery charges. Smart Grooming reserves the right to withdraw an offer or promotion at any time. Free items will only be supplied when the product value is met, this does not include postage. For example, “Free Equi Shave with purchases over £20”, the customer must purchase £20 of products, excluding postage.
DELIVERY, SHIPPING & PACKAGING
Standard delivery charges apply to mainland UK with surcharges applied to the highlands and islands. All prices reflect the charges imposed on us by our chosen delivery companies. We aim to dispatch products within 2 working days after receipt of an order. Although we use a delivery service that should take no longer than 2 working days after confirmation of dispatch, we ask that customers allow up to 5 working days before reporting a problem – we will not take responsibility for any unforeseen delays. Our chosen delivery companies are Royal Mail and UK Mail which offer a tracked 48 hour and next day service, respectively. However as this is not guaranteed, we do not take responsibility for items that are not delivered within the specified time frames. Orders that are subject to time constraints should be phoned through to arrange a designated day of delivery that can be guaranteed – additional charges will apply.
All items sent by express postage will require a signature; please provide information in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box when placing your order if your parcel can be left somewhere safe, should you be absent when your parcel is delivered. If there are no delivery instructions provided and no persons at the designated address, the parcel will be delivered to a neighbour. Smart Grooming will not take responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost if they have been left without a signature or by verbal or written instruction as a result of being left “somewhere safe” or “delivered to a neighbour.”
When packing our orders, we try to recycle types of packaging materials that we receive in our own deliveries – so if you receive a delivery with some of the below methods of packing, it is because we want to reuse it.

We keep all good boxes received by suppliers and ensure they are reused where possible, and we’ll recycle all the rest of them – this hugely reduces the amount of cardboard waste in our warehouse.

Our products are guaranteed for a period of up to 1 year from the date of receipt. Please note, the exact periods of warranty vary from product to product – product specific information can be found on our website. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and in a manner that is considered suitable for the purpose for which it was designed. For the warranty to qualify, any faulty items must be bought to our attention within the warranty period. We will advise you further with regards to proceedings following notification of any fault.
Due to the Health and Safety regulations, we are unable to handle and inspect any items unless they are clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
Goods ordered from smartgrooming.com for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
