Smart Grooming Flat Wax Plaiting thread is coated with a thin layer of wax which makes threading up really easy - the thread just sticks out rather than being floppy. With more grip and extra strength, this gives more tension when sewing in, creating super neat, firm plaits.

The large roll provides a total of 270 metres of thread, 0.8 mm thickness and is available in Black, Dark Brown, Chestnut and White.

The small roll provides a total of 90 metres of thread, 0.8 mm thickness and is available in Black, Dark Brown, Iron Grey, Chestnut, Flaxen, Cremello and White.

Wouldn't use anything else!

Having plaited for years, using a variety of plaiting thread. Smart groomings flat wax plaiting thread really is the best! No fraying wnds when you need to thread through the needle. The thread glides through the man easier, and no unessary knots form whilst plaiting with a longer piece. Absolute game changer!
